This unique and exceptional wine can hardly be homologated, it is produced in limited edition from very old vineyards. Deep red with a tinge of mulberry color. It has a complex and persistent aroma of brushwood, tobacco, cocoa and coffee. Compact and jammy in the mouth with chocolate and vanilla notes in the end. A perfect match for elaborated dishes, roast or stewed meats and seasoned cheeses.
